Payment Methods & Exchange Rates

For your convenience we accept a wide variety of payments. Some payment methods will generate a discount on most services. Details beside each payment method below.


All major credit cards are accepted. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and many others.

Electronic methods of payment such as Google Pay, and Apple Pay are also accepted.


Mexican Pesos are of course our currency here, and we provide a 10% discount on most treatments when using pesos in cash. Some specials have an even larger discount than 10%, for those the special discount would be applied rather than 10%.


US Checks are accepted. Some conditions apply. The check must be cleared 5 days prior to completing treatment. This is done through an application that will authorize and deposit the check digitally. The exchange rate will be the online digital exchange rate.


US and Canadian Dollars in cash are accepted. The exchange rates used will be the same as the “casas de cambio” where we can convert the dollars to pesos.


Wire Transfers are accepted. Some conditions apply. A pre-cleared deposit must be checked prior to arrival to ensure ease of operation during treatment. Full balance must be cleared 3 days prior to completing treatments.


Paypal payments are accepted in USD. Cash discount prices will apply, some operations have online pre-payment specials.


Interac email money transfers for Canadians are possible. We like to leave this as a last resort, but it’s possible in emergency situations. Conversion rates will be the online posted buy rate for the day.

Exchange Rates


Exchange rates that we will use for cash are the same as the ones you will see in the banks where they are authorized to exchange dollars to pesos. We use the BUY figure as the exchange rate since that is what they will give us when we exchange the dollars for pesos. The online rate when dealing with cash is irrelevant because we are not exchanging digital cash, it’s physical, and here in the Puerto Vallarta area, our options to trade are somewhat limited.
US checks, Wire Transfers, Paypal, and Interac Transfers are exchanged at the daily online rates and could be a better option.
